Seated among plant life\, we’ll focus on our breath and joy and love for all beings\, using comfortable stillness and visualization techniques. It’s a free event and open to all (including first-time meditators!). We will begin promptly at 2:00 PM\, so please arrive a few minutes early to find your seat.
